Yelany Suarez, CEO


After a couple years of dabbling in several non-profit organizations, Suarez decided to go at it alone. With more than nine years of experience in rehabilitation, she earned a bachelor in psychology and a master’s in social work from Florida International University. Currently, she is continuing her personal and professional development pursuing a clinical social work license that will benefit a larger range of patients at MedMax.









Hector Labrada, M.D.


With more than 42 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Labrada is a researcher, publisher and lecturer whose work is used at national presentations and as resources for clinical training. His published work includes Disturbances in Intraventricular Conduction in Acute and Myocardial Infarction in 1997, and Alterations of V3R and V4R lead in Myocardial Infarction in 1981.

In addition, Dr. Labrada took part in the clinical research for the 2010 Anemia Study and another study in 2006 on Infectious Disease that focused on patients with infections due to methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. For Dr. Labrada, whose commitment to outstanding health care has won him many awards, this is more than a mission, it is a calling.
